Online Wellness Tools & Financial Wellness
Staff have access to the “Be Well Illinois” portal with free webinars, educational materials on stress, physical activity, healthy eating, and financial wellbeing. HR also provides discounts for mindfulness apps (e.g., Aura, Headspace) and access to ComPsych’s digital self-care tools via EAP.
Office of Applied Psychology Services (OAPS)
The Office of Applied Psychological Services (within UIC’s Psychology Department) offers evidence-based therapy (CBT, psych testing) to faculty and staff as well as students and community members.
Counseling Center Consultations
While primarily for students, the UIC Counseling Center also supports staff through consultation services.
