The application process for this 2016-2017 academic year is scheduled to be open on Monday, November 21, 2016 to current College of Pharmacy students.
Each year, the College of Pharmacy's Scholarships and Awards Committee reviews student applications in consideration for the conferring of these academic and service scholarships and awards. Recipients are notified by mid-February (Exact date TBA) and are required to attend the Honors Convocation on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 to be recognized in person. Non-attendance at this event may result in forfeiture of your award. Recipients are welcome to invite guests to attend the ceremony.
The Office of Advancement and Alumni Affairs facilitates the awarding of scholarships to students, giving generous alumni and corporate donors the opportunity to commit a tangible contribution to the education and future of a College of Pharmacy student. In the 2015-2016 academic year, more than $160,000 in such gifts were available to students as scholarships and awards.

- How do I verify that my application was submitted successfully? After submitting your application online, a message should have appeared confirming that “Your response has been recorded.” If you did not receive this, or would like further confirmation, please e-mail email@example.com.
- Should I include my CV? No. The selection committee would prefer not to review applicant CVs.
- I submitted two (or more) applications in my name for the same award. Does this disqualify me? No, you will not be disqualified. By default, the most recent of any duplicate applications will stand as the official submission.
- I am not pleased with my application. Can I edit it? Yes. Just log in to your UIC GoogleApps account, and previously completed forms should be available to you for editing.
