The conference aims to bring together graduate students and professionals from the field of medicinal chemistry to share their research projects, knowledge, and advancements in the field. It will provide a platform for attendees to network, exchange ideas, and collaborate on future projects. The conference will cover a range of topics, including drug design, total and semi-synthesis, analytical chemistry, pharmacology, drug delivery, synthetic biology, natural product drug leads, molecular/cell biology, and more.
MIKIW is completely student-led and is currently the longest-running and largest regional medicinal chemistry conference in the United States.
