Overview:
Dr. Cassie Muran, PharmD, BCPS, BCTXP is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) College of Pharmacy and a Solid Organ Transplant Clinical Pharmacist at University of Illinois Hospital and Health Sciences System. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign in 2010 and her Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from UIC College of Pharmacy in 2014. She completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency in 2015 and a Solid Organ Transplant PGY2 Residency in 2016 at UIC. She has worked as an abdominal transplant clinical pharmacist at Loyola University Medical Center from 2016-2020 and returned to UIC College of Pharmacy/UI Health in 2020.
