Overview:
Dr. Elfessi received his Pharm.D. degree from Midwestern University-Chicago College of Pharmacy in 2015. He then completed his PGY1 pharmacy practice residency at Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, IL. Dr. Elfessi is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice at the UIC College of Pharmacy and the clinical pharmacy specialist in the Emergency Department at the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center. Dr. Elfessi’s research interests include emergency medicine, critical care, toxicology and statistics.
