Pharmacy Student Shadow Days

Are you interested in the healthcare field, helping others, chemistry, or biology? Have you ever wondered what else goes into being a pharmacist bedsides what you see at your local community pharmacy? We invite you to come join us in a fully immersive student shadow day!
Participants will experience:
- An active learning lecture shadowing a 3rd year pharmacy student
- A patient case discussion shadowing 1st year pharmacy student
- Active participation in compounding lab working with a 2nd year pharmacy student
- Lunch (provided by the college) with current pharmacy students
Rockford Shadow Days take place on Fridays in March and April. RSVP through the link below to attend a session of your choice. If all of the current dates are full, feel free to reach out to us at PharmD@uic.edu to set up a regular visit to our campus. These visits will include a campus tour and a pre-admission advising appointment with our Office of Student Affairs.
